ORDERS & ORDER STATUS

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express creditcards online and money order and checks via snail mail, (for check payment, order will be held 10 days for check processing). Note: Order will not be shipped until payment is received. We charge $25.00 for all returned checks.

Why did my credit card decline?
If your creditcard is decline, we will notify you by email or phone call. Sometimes it is declined due to a lack of a CVV code (security code), which our virtual cart does not retain and you can call us with that information at 888-432-6230. International customers my be declined and just need to notify their bank to authorize the payment.

How can I check my order status?
There are several ways to check on your order: Visit the My Account section of the our virtual cart through Spark Pay (you may also click on the "View Your Shopping Cart" tab in the upper right corner of our website and then click on 'My Account' at the top right) and log-in using your email address and the password that you chose when you placed your order. You can also email us at customerservice@look-it.com or call us toll free at 888-432-6230.

Do you charge sales tax?
Our corporate headquarters are located in Oregon. All orders are shipped from Oregon and are not subject to sales tax.

I just placed an order, can I change it?
Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed online. However, as long as the order has not shipped, you can change address, size, quantities, etc. Just call us toll free at 888-432-6230, and we will help you make any changes you might need. However once it has shipped we can not make any changes or cancel your order.

What if I didn't receive a order/shipping confirmation, what should I do?
Look at your spam folder. Our email may have gone into your spam or junk folder by mistake. If you have NOT received an order confirmation from Look-it Activewear within 24 hours of placing your order, please email us at customerservice@look-it.com or call us toll free at 888-432-6230.

Does Look-it have any retail locations?
No, we do not have any Look-it store locations.

What is your cancelation policy?
Orders are typically processed the same day they are received. If the order has not been shipped we may be able to cancel or change it. Please call us toll free at 888-432-6230.

What items can I NOT return?
The following items may NOT be returned: worn or soiled items or items that have been damaged or tags removed.

I live in the area, can I come by to return/exchange or buy?
We do not accept returns/exchanges or orders to be picked up or placed at our manufacturing/headquarters location.

 

 SHIPPING

What shipping method do you use?
Our basic service is Priority Mail through the US Postal Service. We also use FedEx Express and FedEx Ground/Home servicse depending on what you choose.

What if I need my order in a hurry?
You can upgrade your shipping on the website, before completing your order. We also recommend that you give us a call at 1-888-432-6230 to make sure that we tag your order for priority shipping.

How do I track my order?
If you provided your email address at the time of your order, then you can easily track your package by clicking on the shipping confirmation that you will receive once your package has shipped. Just click on the tracking number and it will take you to a site to show where your package is and when it is estimated to arrive. You may be required to enter in the tracking number displayed on the email. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to update from the time a package is shipped.

.How long will shipping take?
Orders usually ship within 1 business day. Standard delivery averages 2-4 days. Express Delivery, which is guaranteed in 1-2 days, is also available at an extra cost.

I have an APO address, what are the shipping rates?
FREE SHIPPING TO ALL FPO/APO DESTINATIONS!! We offer free shipping to all U.S. military installations overseas retail customers. Destination must have a FPO/APO address. Our shopping cart will not tabulate free shipping when you order on-line, but Look-it Activewear automatically deletes all shipping charges when we process your order.

How do I care for my new product?
Please click here and follow the directions. We recommend hand washing garment inside out in cold water using mild detergent. Hang to dry. and do not iron.

Do you make custom leotards?

What does it mean when an item is backordered?
We carry a tremendous inventory. However, from time to time supplies of a certain size, color or style may run out temporarily. When we run out, we usually restock within just a couple of days. Sometimes an item may be backordered for a longer period of time. When that happens we notify the customer immediately.
